Community Leader

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage and grow our global community across social platforms.

This is a people-centric role for someone who loves genuine connections, daily engagement, and building long-term relationships.

You will help turn our followers into loyal supporters by creating a welcoming space across our digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop our community across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu).
  • Post engaging content and maintain active groups and communities on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Engage daily with followers: reply to DMs, comments, and share meaningful interactions.
  • Monitor conversations, sentiment, and feedback to inform future campaigns.
  • Support email communications by gathering FAQs and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align tone and campaigns.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media engagement, community building, or customer interaction.
  • Excellent written communication and a natural, empathetic voice.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations daily.
  • A passion for slow fashion, motherhood, or kids' lifestyle communities is an asset.
  • Experience working with premium or luxury brands is beneficial.
