Job Summary:

This Senior Intercompany Analyst role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain insight into the Group's global financial processes and network with various Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer, track, and develop intercompany systems and processes, including ICE UFA, ICE Pay, Yammer Support, ICT Mailbox, Disputes, GEM, and more.
  • Lead transformation programs to identify efficiency opportunities, automate processes, and modernize systems by collaborating with DS&T, I&E teams, and operational teams.
  • Own and maintain the Group Entity Manual (GEM) system as a business user.
  • Operate, upkeep, and update the GEM tool, providing training for new users.
  • Coordinate with the GEM team for enhancements, bug identification, and testing.
  • Provide transformation project leadership as needed.
  • Monitor service tickets to closure.
  • Manage the FBW Performance Reporting toolset admin role.
  • Complete month-end system requirements and master data reconciliations.
  • Maintain all intercompany system user guides.
  • Own the Intercompany Central Team mailbox for user queries on intercompany issues.
  • Support key controls relating to BP group reporting.
  • Represent the team in scrum meetings with DS&T, I&E, and product development teams.
  • Monitor, track, and report on intercompany systems-related IT SNOW tickets.
  • Deliver silent running by supporting the Groups intercompany agreement and elimination process at Quarter-ends.
  • Provide user support on intercompany disputes and produce dispute rulings.
  • Develop learning methods for intercompany procedures, ICE systems, and e-learning through Bps Talent & Learning platforms.
  • Partner with the Global Intercompany Team to deliver process improvements, analyze incidents/issues, and lead projects in own area.
  • Support Intercompany Process Excellence Manager and Team Leads across both FBT locations.
  • Support statutory and internal/ISO audit liaising for intercompany activities globally.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships within the team and externally, representing the business.

Essential criteria include a finance-related degree, 4-5 years of experience in related financial areas, fluent English knowledge, and strong analytical, impact, interpersonal, and communication skills.
