Global Financial Transactions Coordinator

The role of Global Financial Transactions Coordinator involves the management and reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances across multiple entities within an organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate intercompany transactions, including invoicing, settlements, and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of intercompany accounts to confirm accuracy and resolve discrepancies across global entities.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements related to intercompany transactions, ensuring they reflect accurate and real-time financial positions of the entities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on managing intercompany transactions within a multinational corporation.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems, particularly ERP systems used for complex financial transactions.
