Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at ConsultBae India Private Limited. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for senior to mid-level roles, managing a team of talent acquisition specialists, and building best-in-class hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists to achieve hiring goals.
  • Directly own recruitment for senior to mid-level roles, including headhunting and convincing top talent to join our organization.
  • Build and optimize hiring processes, including sourcing, pipeline management, and ATS solutions.
  • Own the employer branding strategy to attract top talent across India.
  • Source and headhunt top talent across various industries, including technology, sales, and marketing.
  • Conduct detailed TA rounds of interviews and recommend candidates based on hiring criteria.
  • Partner with stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and business operations teams, to present hiring recommendations and close candidates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or master's in human resource management.
  • Proven experience in closing roles like brand content, UX/UI, performance marketing, analytics, strategic partnerships, and customer experience.
  • Strong communication skills, including spoken and written communication.
  • Headhunting and company mapping skills, with the ability to conduct market research and map target passive candidates.
  • Stakeholder management skills, with experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Source mix management skills, with experience managing internal and external sources, including job boards and social media.
  • Interviewing skills, with the ability to derive information and build rapport with candidates.

  • Negotiation skills and understanding of CTC calculation.
  • Excellent understanding of the talent acquisition process and compliance.
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage, with a high energy, passion, and drive.
