Network Operations Senior Analyst

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the ongoing management of our global Network, ensuring seamless 24x7 support through collaborative efforts with network management partners.

  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient network performance, capacity, availability, and failure rates monitoring, as well as data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Infrastructure Management: Independently own and resolve complex issues related to network infrastructure, suggesting design modifications as necessary.
  • Performance Analysis and Planning: Ensure SLAs are met by analyzing network performance, conducting proactive troubleshooting, and implementing capacity planning initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with experienced team members to perform monitoring and maintenance of the overall environment, update process documentation, and participate in change control processes.
  • Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and communication with peers and managers regarding system issues, participating in root cause analysis and providing effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science or Engineering, or related field.
  • Certifications: CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP a plus.
  • Expertise: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Network/Telecommunications, with expertise in MPLS, SIP, IP, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, VPN, Firewalls, etc. technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: 5+ years of management experience, developing teams and cultivating talent, working in a multi-cultural, virtual team across multiple geographical regions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of application communication methodologies, ability to perform TCP/IP Network traces/packet captures, and solid experience interpreting results.
