Future Network Architect

We are seeking a skilled network architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing complex network systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for a network professional to take on a leadership role and shape the future of our network infrastructure.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Network Strategy and Development (30%): Develop strategic plans for network systems that align with business objectives, innovate network solutions to enhance performance, and engage with senior management on aligning network infrastructure plans with overall business strategies.
  • Team Leadership and Management (25%): Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers to ensure productivity and professional growth, conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and facilitate staff development and training opportunities.
  • Operational Management and Network Oversight (25%): Oversee daily operations of network systems to ensure reliability, stability, and efficiency, implement best practices and standardized processes for network design, deployment, and maintenance, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration (20%): Liaise between department heads, external partners, and vendors to ensure tools and technologies are appropriately integrated and supported, and communicate complex network strategies and problems to non-technical stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in network design, implementation, and management within a complex networking environment.
  • Proven managerial or supervisory experience in leading a team of network professionals.
  • Extensive experience with network design and implementation processes.
  • Experience in managing large and complex networking environments.
