Furniture Sales Professional

Cynosure Corporate Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Furniture Sales Professional to join our team.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome customers, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in the showroom.
- Educate customers on our products, highlighting design features, materials, and pricing.
- Assist customers in finding the right furniture for their homes, considering their needs, style, and budget.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to track and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product offerings, providing informed expertise to customers.
- Assist in organizing and hosting events, such as product launches and sales promotions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 13 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or furniture sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge and understanding of furniture design and style trends preferred.
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
