Senior Frontend Developer Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Frontend Developer to drive the development of high-performance, scalable, and visually compelling web applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll take ownership of complex projects, architect front-end solutions, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with React.js, state management libraries (Redux, etc.), and Tailwind CSS.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
Additional Desirable Skills Include:
  • CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies.
  • Performance optimization techniques and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
  • Server-side web technologies such as NodeJS/ PostgreSQL/ MongoDB.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively within cross-functional teams, collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
