Job Title: Visual Creative Director

We are a forward-thinking organization seeking an exceptional creative professional to lead our visual brand development. The ideal candidate will have a refined sense of design, with the ability to create work that is both simple and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing and refined assets for digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that align with the organization's strategy and tone.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, helping them grow while maintaining the highest standards of thoughtful design.
  • Translate complex ideas into easily understandable visuals, balancing subtlety with impact.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in minimalistic and elegant aesthetics.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with experience in motion graphics or video editing a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create clean and balanced designs.
  • Ability to develop designs that effectively communicate the organization's message while being understated.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands, with sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UX/UI design, ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
