We are seeking a skilled Senior Visual Designer to fill this role.

Job Summary
  • This position is responsible for the end-to-end design process, encompassing packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of branding, with the ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling visuals for social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
  • Mentor junior designers and freelancers, providing creative direction and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, ensuring the brand remains fresh and competitive.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with bonus points for Figma/Canva knowledge.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial goals.
  • A keen eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
  • Photography or art direction background.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
