**Job Title:** Brand Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Brand Strategist to collaborate with our creative team and provide guidance and ideas to launch new projects. This role involves developing concepts and strategies for ventures and monitoring their progress.

The primary objective is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects, both visually and essentially, to meet customer expectations and drive sustainable growth.

This position requires a deep understanding of luxury brands in the hospitality domain.

**Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and managing communication strategies for account portfolios
  • Creating quarterly communication strategy decks for client presentations
  • Designing and implementing tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements
  • Developing Thought Starter decks for onboarding new accounts
  • Leading key campaigns for account portfolios
  • Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
  • Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all communications are aligned
  • Leading brand immersion exercises for account portfolios

**Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or relevant fields
  • A minimum of 5 years' digital experience, particularly with web, social, and emerging technologies
  • A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
  • A creative and strategic thinker
