Our ideal candidate for an Accountant role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the preparation of daily MIS, monthly MIS, and financial reports as required by management.
- Provide support during annual audits in India and abroad, including the preparation of tax audit/ITR and relevant tax filings.
- Ensure transfer pricing compliance for Indian and foreign companies, handle statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
- Perform month-end close transactions, reconcile FI and CO reports, and prepare annual budgets (including capital budgeting).
- A Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience.
- SAP exposure is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
Familiarity with Regulatory Reporting, Accounting Operations, and Tax Accounting. Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
