Business Intelligence Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-performance analytical dashboards and solutions that meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders.

You will assess, evaluate, and analyze complex data challenges and provide recommendations for resolution, requiring a deep understanding of data analysis and reporting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build high-performance data-intensive solutions from data acquisition to visualization and distribution.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to create technical solutions using various data sources and develop impactful analytical dashboards.
  • Develop and enhance existing data quality processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of various dashboards and reports.
  • Design, analyze, and communicate complex reports to satisfy management requirements.
  • Lead reengineering efforts in business methodology, strategy, and organizational goals.
  • Manage overall projects and contribute to identifying solutions for business reporting issues.
  • Provide in-depth, sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 8 years of experience in banking or finance industry preferred, with hands-on experience in areas such as finance, FP&A, controllers, and credit risk.
  • Exposure to use of SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Must have understanding of business technology landscape, ability to design reports, and strong analytical skills.
  • Possesses comprehensive understanding of how own area and others integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
  • Adaptable, creative, resourceful, well-organized team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Communicates effectively, develops, and delivers multi-mode communications that convey clear understanding of unique needs of different audiences.
  • Effective collaborator by building relationships and partnerships with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Education: Bachelor's University degree, CFA is a big plus.
