Job Title: Financial Strategy Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Strategy Lead to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with organizational objectives
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Lead the budgeting process, monitor variances, and conduct financial forecasts to support decision-making and resource allocation
  • Conduct financial analysis, performance monitoring, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance
  • Identify and manage financial risks, implement strategies to mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
  • Manage tax planning strategies, oversee tax compliance, and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations
  • Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and oversee investment strategies to maximize returns while minimizing financial risks
  • Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
