Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Location Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of the scheduling services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experience and schedule efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to establish trusting relationships with assigned field staff and operations Management. You will be responsible for managing the timeliness of assigned orders, coordinating production schedules for all assigned field staff, and providing exceptional internal and external customer service.

You will work closely with clients and brokers daily to meet Service Level Objectives and provide high levels of client satisfaction. Your efforts will directly contribute to the execution of operations objectives.

  • Organize and manage workload and calendars for assigned field engineers or jurisdictional visits.
  • Communicate with clients and coordinates visit times.
  • Prepare and distribute visit agendas.
  • Work with work assignment teams and Client Service Teams to resolve problems with visiting a client's site.

Previous experience in customer service and work scheduling is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook, is also required. Additional language skills are a plus.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS 365.
  • Fluent reading/writing English.
  • Prefer additional language skills: French, Spanish, German, Portuguese.
  • Other, but 4 Year College Degree/Bachelors preferred.
