Job Description

An Anaplan Model Specialist is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Anaplan models to support business planning and forecasting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Model Design and Development: Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models for various functions, such as revenue, costs, and consolidations.
    • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with internal teams and/or clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Anaplan models.
    • Model Construction: Build and develop Anaplan modules, lists, and dashboards based on model blueprints.
    • Data Integration: Ensure data accuracy and model integrity by monitoring data flows between Anaplan and source systems.
    • User Interface (UI): Design intuitive dashboards and interfaces to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintenance and Optimization:
    • Model Maintenance: Maintain existing Anaplan models, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and efficient.
    • Performance Tuning: Continuously improve and optimize models to enhance performance.
    • Model Documentation: Document model designs, business rules, and key processes.
    • Data Management: Partner with data management teams to test and configure data feeds.
    • User Support: Provide support and training to end-users on Anaplan functionalities.
