Senior Production Planning Specialist

We are currently hiring for a Production Planning and Control specialist to join our operations team in Bangalore.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of production planning and control processes.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work order creation and execution for all sub-assemblies and finished goods
  • FOLLOW UP with warehouse personnel on kitting activities
  • Implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for all sub-assemblies
  • Tracking and execution of material obsolescence (MO Aging)
  • Maintaining First Article Test Procedure (FATP) Work-In-Progress (WIP) at healthy levels
  • Fulfilling customer commitments without any gaps
  • Monitoring achievement rates against plans
  • Conducting daily meetings with Customer Facing Team (CFT) members to understand reasons for losses and addressing issues with the relevant Directly Responsible Individual (DRI)

A strong understanding of production planning and control processes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.
