We have an exciting job opening for a Transition Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The Transition Manager will be responsible for managing multiple transitions, ensuring they are executed end-to-end within the given timelines and budgets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

  • Manage active transitions as assigned.
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, handling all their inquiries, decisions, actions, and updates.
  • Act as the first escalation point for internal and customer issues.
  • Coordinate governance calls and meetings for internal and customer updates.
  • Plan, conduct, and manage relevant trainings for the transitions team.
  • Participate in assessments to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Understand strategic business objectives and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the creation and review of transition solutions for RFPs / RFIs and other pre-sales support.
  • IDentify and define business cases; define project tasks and resource requirements; develop detailed project charters, plans, and transition plans.
  • Combine process migration activities with IT implementation.
