Zoho ERP Implementation Specialist

Our organization is transitioning to a new integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system built within Zoho One.

  • We seek an experienced professional with strong technical and business process understanding to configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator for invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, inventory management, and customer management.
  • The selected candidate will migrate data from our legacy ERP system with accuracy and integrity.
  • This role involves developing custom modules, workflows, and automations to fit our operations and integrating Zoho with third-party tools as needed.
  • The specialist will test, train, and support team members during the rollout of the new system.

We require a skilled Zoho One implementation expert with experience in configuration, migration, workflow automation, and custom module development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing and Accounts Management: Configure Zoho Books for generating invoices, tracking accounts receivable and payable, and managing customer information.
  • Data Migration: Migrate data from our legacy ERP system to Zoho One with high accuracy and integrity.
  • Customization and Automation: Develop custom modules, workflows, and automations to streamline our operations and integrate Zoho with third-party tools as needed.
  • Training and Support: Test, train, and support team members during the rollout of the new system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Zoho One Implementation Experience: Proven experience in implementing Zoho One solutions, especially Books, Inventory, and Creator.
  • Technical and Business Process Understanding: Strong understanding of technical and business processes related to ERP systems.
  • Inventory and Rental Asset Tracking: Excellent knowledge of inventory and rental asset tracking principles.
  • Communication and Training Skills: Excellent communication and training skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Collaboration Tools: Proficient in using collaboration tools like Zoom for real-time troubleshooting and approvals.
