About the Role:
Responsibilities- Ensure quality of products as per company standards at optimal cost.
- Implement and review Food Safety and Quality Management System.
- Comply with relevant statutory requirements, including Nepal DFTQC, Food & Drug administration, and Local government body.
- Conform to PAPL specifications through process assurance from supply chain to consumer.
- Meet quality goals and objectives by identifying, planning, documenting, and managing practices, activities, and resources.
- Adhere to PAPL guidelines and requirements in manufacturing processes to ensure conformance to finished goods specifications.
- Perform required tests for incoming raw materials, packaging materials, WTP, syrup preparation, and finished products.
- Maintain two-way traceability forward to consumers and backward to raw materials.
- Implement availability of standard chemical reagents, verify concentration, and calibration program for equipment.
- Ensure storage condition conformity for raw materials, NABB, auxiliary material, and final product.

- Experience in Beverage/Food Industry
