Job Description:

  • Deliver end-to-end benefits and wellbeing programs across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with internal and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing programs against peer organizations to determine competitiveness, trends, and market developments.
  • Design, review, implement, and communicate program changes independently, considering the impact on employees and stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll team to drive the benefits agenda and support implementation of new initiatives.
  • Provide advice to HR functions and other internal stakeholders on benefits and wellbeing programs, ensuring harmonization and alignment.
  • Handle local statutory filing and interaction with regulators and auditors on benefits-related topics, ensuring governance and adherence to rules and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience as a benefits and wellbeing specialist, with hands-on experience in delivering benefits and wellbeing programs.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Drive for excellence in operational excellence and governance, with a passion for learning and growth.
