Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and updating daily accounting records using Tally ERP.

You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and MIS reports, ensuring timely and accurate GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.

Your key responsibilities will include managing invoicing, payments, accounts receivables, and accounts payables, as well as conducting bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.

You will also coordinate with internal departments to identify and reconcile accounting discrepancies, support both internal and external audits with appropriate documentation, and ensure timely and systematic bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.

Maintaining comprehensive documentation and supporting the improvement of financial processes are essential aspects of this role.

Effective communication with clients and vendors on financial matters is critical, and upholding data accuracy, financial integrity, and confidentiality at all times is mandatory.

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel, sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and applicable Indian accounting standards, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, excellent time management skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

A basic understanding of audit procedures is preferred, and the candidate should have a B.Com or M.Com degree with specialization in Accounts or Finance, along with 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
