Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tele-caller to join Leostar Solutions in Nagpur Division, Maharashtra, India. As a Tele-caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and generating leads.

This is a full-time position with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Tele-caller in a similar role.

Responsibilities
  1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our services
  2. Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
  3. Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads
  4. Provide information about our services and answer client queries
  5. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals
Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Tele-caller or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
