Job Description

As a key member of the HArbor Vision team, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Product Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, providing clear visibility on the pipeline, and maintaining and reporting sales analytics.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, train, operate, support, data entry, and testing of Healthcare Android-based software with customer teams.
  • Interface with customers/users to train and create an understanding of our healthcare software platform.
  • Work on day-to-day software implementation, support, and operational tasks.
  • Understand client requirements and pass them on to the product team for further analysis.
  • Use engagement strategies for customer retention and reduce churn.
  • Build and maintain relationships with accounts.
  • Work with prospects data to deliver world-class product demonstrations.
  • Provide strategic presales support for sales activities including needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations, and other general sales support.
  • Become an expert in the features, benefits, and application of HArbor Vision products.
  • Communicate via phone, email, face-to-face, and web meetings with prospects assisting and guiding them through the evaluation and selection process.
  • Communicate daily with the team regarding sales activities and strategies.
  • Be the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.
  • Back up the technical / support team as needed.
