We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead HR operations and drive efficiency, compliance, and process standardization across all HR functions. The successful candidate will lead ownership and execution of core HR operational activities, including HRMS management, payroll processing, compliance management, and full & final settlements.

Job Title: Manager HR Ops

Location: Gurugram Sector 21 (Work from Office – 5 Days)

Experience : 4+ years

*Responsibilities*

The role will focus on ensuring smooth HR service delivery, consistent employee experience, and adherence to company policies and statutory requirements. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage HR dashboards, generate insights, and prepare regular reports for leadership. Other key responsibilities include overseeing efficient functioning of the company's internal HR portal, driving process automation and standardization to improve operational efficiency, leading and managing internal and external HR audits with full compliance, and maintaining integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR data in compliance with data protection and security standards.

*Requirements & Skills*

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in HR operations with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and sound judgment. Proven expertise in payroll processing, compliance, HRMS, and HR operations is also essential. Excellent organizational, reporting, and documentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, are also necessary.

The successful candidate should be able to handle queries, manage multiple priorities, and drive ad hoc projects effectively. Exposure to automation and process optimization in HR operations is an advantage.
