Network Infrastructure Specialist

At the forefront of digital transformation, we are seeking a seasoned Network Infrastructure Specialist to drive the configuration, maintenance, and support of our network and security devices.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network devices such as core & spine switches, routers, VPN gateways, in on-prem and cloud deployments like Azure, OCI, and IBM.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy SDWAN across territories and maintain its configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate and execute upgrades, patches, and new installations with IT infrastructure teams.
  • Maintain technical documentation and manage technical debt.
  • Triage critical incidents, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them while ensuring high uptime of the network and security environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in managing network hardware and deploying, configuring, and managing security devices.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, STP, VLANs).
  • Industry certifications like CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with any one of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI, IBM) and good understanding of ITIL processes.
