Senior Financial Manager Position

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned financial professional with 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing book closure and preparing financial statements.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to Indian Accounting Standards and Schedule III of the Companies Act.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, management information systems (MIS) and data analysis for payment and filing returns of GST, TDS, PT and EPF.
- Comply with company law, customs regulations, FEMA, RBI, international taxation and MSME requirements.
- Reconcile inter branch/business segment and promoter/director accounts.
- Chartered Accountants with 5-6 years of experience.
- MBA from a top-tier university.
- MIS reporting and annual plans management.
- Strong understanding of direct and indirect taxation.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
