Senior Audit Associate Job Description

Audit and Assurance professionals with a strong technical background are needed to perform complex audit procedures. As part of our team, you will provide valuable insights and expertise to give clients confidence in their financial statements and business-critical information or processes.

  • This role is responsible for performing audits in various areas, including revenue, expenses, property, plant, and equipment, financial instruments, and income taxes.
  • You will be working closely with engagement teams to develop and exhibit a command of audit techniques and methods.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining productive relationships with audit clients, completing audit procedures and documentation, contributing ideas to the audit team, and preparing draft financial statements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree with minimum 1-5 years of related work experience in a similar audit practice firm.
  • Experience working with Big 4 or Big 10 will be an advantage.
  • A degree in accounting, finance, or related field will be preferred.
  • Qualified U.S. Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license or sufficient coursework to achieve US CPA certification in the US state of primary work location.
