Job Overview:

The role of Oracle HCM Functional Consultant involves overseeing the deployment, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM all modules globally. The key player will drive digital adoption firm-wide by managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
Requirements:

This role requires strong project management skills, experience with Oracle HCM implementation, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
