Senior Oracle EBS Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive functional expertise in Procurement and Inventory modules, enabling them to gather and document business requirements, design functional solutions, and collaborate closely with technical teams for successful implementation and support of Oracle EBS R12 applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules to guarantee effective solution delivery.
  • Provide expert-level functional knowledge in Procurement and Inventory modules (Order Management and Advanced Pricing highly valued).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to oversee new implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support.
  • Support the entire SDLC lifecycle, including requirement analysis, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide functional support to resolve complex problems efficiently.
  • Develop comprehensive functional documentation, training manuals, and user guides to facilitate easy system adoption.
  • Participate in UAT, identify test cases, and validate solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively with distributed/onsite-offshore teams to drive smooth project delivery and meet client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement & Inventory modules (R12.2.x or higher).
  • Strong understanding of Order Management and Advanced Pricing (highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated expertise in requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and user support.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Oracle Database, and Data Warehousing (highly desired).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently.
