Senior IT Team Lead

Shape the technology backbone of a global logistics company.

About the Role

A highly skilled and motivated IT team lead is required to manage our Digital Portals team. You will work with an enthusiastic team of developers and product managers, maximizing quality of software delivery products and enhancing user experience.

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers and product managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure clarity of project expectations and outcomes.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of different products, ensuring they are based on modern, scalable, and cost-efficient architecture.

This role will help improve strategic products by delivering secure, high-quality software products to internal teams and business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, aligning the team's goals with the company's digital strategy and ensuring successful execution.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to share ideas and implement best practices.
  • Identify skill gaps within the team and facilitate training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and objectives.

We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, excellent understanding of DevOps Processes, Agile methodologies, and values. Experience in working in multi-cultural environments, managing project teams, and budgeting is essential.

Requirements
  • Strongly demonstrated leadership in service, customer orientation, project management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of DevOps Processes in a cloud-based environment.
  • Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and procedures.
  • Experience in working in multi-cultural environments, managing project teams.
