Key Responsibilities:- Drive the Series A fundraising process with Venture Capitalists, family offices, and High-Net-Worth Individuals.
- BUILD STRONG INVESTOR RELATIONSHIPS AND OUTREACH PIPELINES TO SECURE FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES.
- Develop valuation models, financial projections, and Series A investor decks that effectively communicate our growth potential.
- OVERSEE DUE DILIGENCE, COMPLIANCE, AND DEAL STRUCTURING TO ENSURE SMOOTH TRANSACTION PROCESSING.
- Partner with the CEO in investor meetings, pitches, and negotiations to secure favorable terms.
- Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to enhance company valuation and attract investors.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
- A proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing Series A / growth-stage deals.
- Strong skills in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring to create compelling investor presentations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with VCs, family offices, and HNIs.
- Experience in the EdTech, SaaS, or global education sectors is an advantage but not essential.
