About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Data Analyst and Research Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Data Operations team, you will be responsible for analysing customer data and working with cross-functional teams to drive business value. Your primary focus will be on deriving critical trends from customer data, working under pressure, and delivering a sense of urgency. You will also lead a team of Data Analysts to generate training/testing datasets for annotations, aimed at increasing AI model accuracy. Additionally, you will perform analysis and measure the existing accuracy of AI models, providing inputs to the Data Science team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders and functional teams to fulfill their data needs and help them leverage analytics to improve their domains, act faster, and make better decisions.
• Contribute to the enhancement of data-driven culture within Data Operations teams by extending data marts, adopting data quality standards, and developing actionable dashboards and ad-hoc research projects.
• Proactively come up with initiatives on projects enhancing top-notch data analytics or improving business performance.
• Support management reporting by providing the best user experience and ready-to-consume dashboards.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and data requirements with functional and operations teams and become a part of initiatives driving global impact.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about data and wants to ensure the best customer experience. You should have strong communication skills, including both verbal and non-verbal skills, and be able to work under pressure, delivering a sense of urgency. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead a team of Data Analysts and generate training/testing datasets for annotations. Additionally, you should be able to perform analysis and measure the existing accuracy of AI models, providing inputs to the Data Science team.
