Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical expertise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT help desk or customer support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with network connectivity, PC, and VPN troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with remote desktop client software and ticketing tools
