Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a Mechanical Systems Design Professional to design, implement, and improve mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing technical specifications, sequence of operations, and details for projects as per customer requirements.
  • A strong background in codes and standards including NYC Building Code, International Codes, Mechanical Code, Energy Code, NFPA Standards, and ASHRAE Standards is required.
  • The selected candidate will review design concepts, calculations, drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with code and customer requirements.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, project managers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, maintain and improve mechanical systems
  • Develop technical specifications, sequence of operations, and details for projects
  • Review design concepts, calculations, drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with clients, project managers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

  • Experience – 4+ Years of experience
  • Strong background in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Must have worked with Building Services
  • International project experience preferred
  • Team handling experience
