We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, performing monthly bank and vendor reconciliations, preparing and filing GST returns, and supporting the finance team in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
  • Perform monthly bank and vendor reconciliations.
  • Prepare and file GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) returns.
  • Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
  • Support the finance team in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, budget vs actuals, and cash flow analysis.

The ideal candidate should hold a Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting and have at least 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive. Experience in finance/accounting services is preferred. Familiarity with tools like Zoho Books is an advantage.
