Lead MS Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an expert implementation specialist to lead our team in delivering high-quality solutions using MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant, with strong business process knowledge and configuration skills.
  • Configure and customize D365 F&O modules (Sales, Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, etc.) to meet clients' unique needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions, from data migration to go-live support.
  • Participate in requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, and user training to deliver robust solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Finance & Operations modules, providing production support and troubleshooting services.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in key modules: Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management), Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales & Distribution).
  • Experience in fit-gap analysis, business process mapping, and solution design.
  • Proficiency in preparing functional documentation and test scripts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead small to medium implementation projects.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate / Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
