Job Title: Process Efficiency Coordinator

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Process Efficiency Coordinator to join our HR Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless integration across various departments.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • HRMS Management: Oversee employee data management, including employee ID creation, timesheet and leave data preparation, document verification, and HRMS helpdesk management.

  • Payroll Inputs: Input accurate data for new employees, manage salary inputs for new joiners, and coordinate employee referrals and bonus sheets.

  • Group Organization Chart Updates: Update organizational charts monthly, incorporating new joiners and leavers for all entities.

  • MIS & Presentation for Management: Prepare and present accurate, data-driven MIS reports and dashboards to management.

  • Queries Management: Address employee queries related to PF, Group Health & Term Insurance.

  • Vendor Management: Manage vendors for travel, printing, accommodation, and EPFO services, ensuring efficient end-to-end processes.

  • HR Reports Preparation: Compile and share weekly data with stakeholders, prepare talent work-in-progress reports, and handle timesheet data.

  • Letter Preparation: Create offer, appointment, and relieving letters for employees.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in creating impactful presentations with strong visual and structural design.

  • Skilled in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data sorting for effective data analysis.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a related field.

Work Location / Hours:

Noida. Shift timings: 13:30 - 22:00 / 11:30 -20:00 on a weekly rotating basis.
