About This Role

As a skilled ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient IT service management workflows.

You will configure and update discovery schedules to ensure reliable asset identification and population. Additionally, you will enhance discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing IT service management workflows
  • Configuring and updating discovery schedules
  • Enhancing discovery probes and patterns
  • Improving the ServiceNow platform through iterative enhancements
  • Customizing form layouts, fields, and user interfaces
  • Developing and maintaining robust REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Managing Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and automation scripts
  • Designing and publishing reports and dashboards
  • Troubleshooting platform issues using advanced scripting skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant ServiceNow training in ITSM, Discovery, and scripting modules
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
  • Proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Discovery implementation
  • Experience with form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting platform issues and scripting errors
