Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to join our team at Flipkart. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the grocery segment
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, suppliers, and other business partners
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in FMCG channel sales or a related field
  • Degree in any field
  • Good communication and selling skills

Salary Package:

BDE: ₹15,000 gross + ₹6,500 (TA/DA)

SR. BDE: ₹21,000 gross + ₹6,500 (TA/DA)
