  • Platform Configuration and Optimization: Configuring settings within the Mendix platform, managing Marketplace content, and ensuring the platform runs smoothly.
  • Issue Resolution and Support: Addressing issues related to the platform and applications, working with users and technical teams to resolve problems.
  • Security and Compliance: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the platform and its data, including user authentication and authorization.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the platform supports business needs.
  • Professional Development: Keeping up-to-date with the latest platform features, security updates, and best practices.

This role involves specific tasks such as managing users and groups, deploying new applications, managing marketplace content, monitoring platform health, configuring platform settings, troubleshooting issues, and documenting processes.
