Procurement Expert

The Procurement Expert will spearhead the development and execution of procurement strategies aligned with business objectives. They will lead the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor identification, selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance management.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive procurement plans that support business growth and optimize resource utilization.
  • Lead the procurement function in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent supply, quality, and competitive pricing.
  • Establish and implement effective procurement policies, processes, and systems to drive efficiency, transparency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor procurement budgets and analyze opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop long-term sourcing strategies for key categories and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Manage procurement risks by evaluating supplier financial health, delivery performance, and quality benchmarks.
  • Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance procurement efficiency and inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Regularly report procurement performance, cost savings, and key metrics to senior management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of procurement experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of leading procurement for large-scale projects or high-volume operations.
