HikeOn Technologies Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled AR & AP Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our accounts receivable and payable functions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inquiries and resolving issues related to both customers and vendors, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Accounts Receivable Management:
  • Invoices are processed accurately and timely.
  • Aging reports are monitored and overdue accounts are followed up promptly.
  • Billing discrepancies and disputes are resolved with sales and customer service teams.
  • Customer credit applications, credit limits, and collections processes are managed effectively.
  • Strategies are developed to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.
  • Accounts Payable Management:
  • The accounts payable process is supervised, including invoice processing, approval workflows, and payment disbursement.
  • Vendor records are maintained, including contracts, payment terms, and contact information.
  • Vendor inquiries and discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Procurement and inventory teams are collaborated with to ensure accurate recording of purchases and receipt of goods/services.
  • Vendor relationships are managed to optimize payment terms and discounts.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

  • A UG or PG degree in accounts and finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or related financial roles is required.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP, is necessary.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, are essential.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, is required.

This role offers a competitive salary package commensurate with experience, approximately ₹30,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum, based on location and qualifications.
