Job Summary

SymphonyAI seeks an experienced Senior Manager to join our India office, responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations and overseeing the accurate and timely completion of the general ledger close process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Ledger Close Process: Oversee the accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger close process, reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and close deliverables.
  • Global Accounting Activities: Manage local accounting operations, including Billing, AR, AP, Treasury, Procurement, and data governance to achieve corporate financial targets and continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP standards and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 per annum
