Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Red Teaming Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our AI Large Language Models (LLMs) team, you will be working alongside a global group of subject matter experts in various disciplines.

This role requires self-motivated and creative individuals who can adapt to the fast-paced environment of AI security. In return, we offer comprehensive training in cutting-edge methods of identifying and addressing vulnerabilities in generative AI.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete extensive training on AI/ML, LLMs, Red Teaming, and jailbreaking, as well as specific project guidelines and requirements
  • Craft clever and sneaky prompts to attempt to bypass the filters and guardrails on LLMs, targeting specific vulnerabilities defined by our clients
  • Collaborate closely with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to produce high-quality work
  • Assist data scientists to conduct automated model attacks
  • Adapt to dynamic project needs and navigate shifting guidelines and requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving LLM capabilities and vulnerabilities and contribute to method evolution
  • Meet productivity targets, including prompt volume and average handling time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, or associates with 1 year of relevant experience, or high school degree with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
  • Able to adopt different voices and points of view
  • Creative thinking
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well-honed internet research skills
  • Ability to work with diverse teams
  • Agility to adapt to ambiguity and changing requirements
