  • Design Leadership: Develop comprehensive design schemes encompassing space planning, mood boards, material selection, and FF&E specifications.
  • Creative Expression: Create detailed 2D construction drawings, stunning 3D models, and photorealistic renderings to effectively present your vision to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work seamlessly with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and project managers to integrate design and technical requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as primary design contact for clients, presenting ideas, gathering feedback, and ensuring their objectives are met with excellence.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • 5-7 Years of Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse and complex projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (like SketchUp, 3ds Max), and rendering engines (like V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion).
  • Creative Vision: Exceptional skills in space planning, a deep understanding of building codes, and a strong knowledge of materials and industry trends.
  • Natural Communication: Excellent presentation skills and effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
