As a seasoned Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for crafting bespoke interior spaces that reflect the unique needs and preferences of our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and make a lasting impact on the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed space planning layouts and construction drawings that meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  • Develop hyper-realistic 3D views and presentations that showcase your design vision and help clients visualize their ideal space.
  • Select and manage FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) that enhance the aesthetic and functional value of each project.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design elements and successful project delivery.
  • Evaluate and implement sustainable design practices that minimize environmental impact and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Supervise site execution to maintain design intent and quality standards.

Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, as well as 3–10 years of professional experience in interior design. You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in space planning and construction drawings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, or similar design software.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience in sustainable design practices is preferred but not required.
