Plumbing & Fire Fighting Design Position

This is a highly skilled position that requires expertise in designing plumbing and firefighting systems.

  • Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • They will be responsible for producing concept designs, schematic designs, design development, and construction designs for plumbing and firefighting systems.
  • The successful candidate will create tender drawings for these systems, including waste, soil, rainwater, sprinkler, hose reel, and fire extinguisher systems.
  • They will also provide calculated notes as required and prepare shop drawings for submission and resubmission.
  • Additionally, they will select and prepare materials for submission and communicate with suppliers to request quotations and technical documents.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Take off BOQs for firefighting and plumbing systems.
  • Prepare information on design, structure specifications, materials, equipment, estimated costs, and construction times.
  • C coordinate closely with electrical, mechanical, architectural, and structural teams.
  • Direct activities of workers preparing drawing and specification documents.
  • Plan project layouts.
  • Prepare scale drawings.
  • Collaborate with supervisors in preparing technical reports and installation on site.
