
Education and Business Development Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to initiate and sustain interactions with potential students and business partners, driving sales for the organization. This position demands a high level of focus and effective communication skills, as well as proficiency in using various tools such as ChatGpt and MS Office.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telesales activities, engaging with potential partners through targeted campaigns;
- Identify and coordinate meetings with counseling seekers;
- Manage sales and payment collection processes;
- Gather information about prospective study abroad students;
- Provide initial counseling services, including recommending universities and courses (training will be provided);
- Establish relationships with foreign universities;
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and payments;
- Develop basic event design skills on Canva;
- Coordinate and manage events at educational institutions;
- Oversee office space maintenance and coordinate with the facilities team.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA;
- 1-3 years of prior industry-related experience in business development and telesales;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Focused and goal-oriented individual;
- Sincere, non-smoker, enthusiastic about work, with innovative ideas.
Requirements:

- Willingness to travel locally.
