Backend Developer Role

We are seeking skilled developers to join our team as we build and maintain the backend systems of our platform.

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing robust backend systems and APIs using Node.js. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and databases like MySQL and MongoDB. They should also be familiar with event-driven architecture and message brokers such as Kafka and SQS.

  • Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs using Node.js.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend components.
  • Implement data storage solutions using databases like MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Architect and implement event-driven architectures using message brokers like Kafka and SQS.
  • Ensure the security of backend systems and APIs by implementing best practices.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset with a passion for learning.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Node.js and other server-side technologies, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and databases like MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working with event-driven architecture and message brokers such as Kafka and SQS.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in Ecommerce Industry.
